Donation / Tshirt information...
This is our first year with choir, so we soooooáappreciateáthe many many families and others who support us as we work hard to get this program off the ground. Not only do we need shirts, but we will be using donations to help pay for music, pianists (when needed), and more. I have asked several parents to help with the organization and delegation of these needs.
á
We are ordering t-shirts andáare asking for donations to reimburse the cost. Eacháshirt is $9. Shirts will be stored at Arroyo and be used for performances this year and beyond. Next year we should only have to order a few more.... Once we order all the school shirts, we will open up orders for students who want to get a shirt they can keep. I am hopeful all families can donate for one school shirt, and of course we are more than willing to accept any amount over the $9. winkáWe will accept any donations from extended family, businesses, etc. as well. All donations need to be cash. Please put the amount and the Family or Business name on a sealed envelope. You can have it dropped off in the office or with Mrs. Emery. An accounting of all donations will be logged. We appreciate your help as we launch this great program.á
